You can choose between the basic package for the essential care of your holiday property and the comfort package with extended services. This way, you only book what you really need – with no hidden costs and full transparency. Both packages are modular and can be tailored to your individual needs.

Keyholding Service for Your Holiday Property
For property owners who are not permanently in Spain, secure access to the property during absence is essential. Our professional keyholding service ensures that access – whether for emergencies, maintenance, or guests – is always possible.
Your keys are stored securely and access is logged. Handover is only carried out with your explicit authorization and based on your written instructions. This way, you remain in full control over who can access your property.
Our basic package costs €9.90 per month (incl. 21% VAT) and includes:
- Secure key storage
- Access management based on your instructions
- Quick coordination in case of need or emergency
Additional services:
For a property visit by our staff, we charge €20 plus 21% VAT per visit.
For visits between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am, the cost is €40 plus 21% VAT per visit.
If a visit exceeds the expected time, we charge €20 plus 21% VAT per hour from the first hour.

Our comfort package – Comprehensive care for your holiday home
With our comfort package, you benefit from professional and comprehensive property care – reliable, transparent, and tailored to your individual needs.
Our comfort package costs €19.90 per apartment and €29.90 per house per month (incl. 21% VAT) and includes:
Keyholding
Secure, documented storage of your house keys.
Monthly property inspection
Regular checks of your home – both inside and outside.
Extra inspections after storms
Additional visits after heavy rain or storms to detect potential damage.
Utility checks
Ensuring electricity, water, and gas are functioning properly.
Flushing taps & toilets
Flushes water systems to prevent odors and drying out.
Lighting check & bulb replacement
Testing indoor/outdoor lights and replacing bulbs if needed.
Ventilation & moisture check
Air circulation in all rooms to prevent mold and dampness.
Pest control
Visual inspection for insects or other infestations.
Appliance check
Basic functional testing of all installed devices.
Shutters, locks & grille control
Checking function and condition of safety features.
Mailbox clearance
Monthly clearing of the mailbox; mail is stored securely indoors.
Mail forwarding
Important letters are forwarded after your approval.
Phone updates in urgent cases
Immediate call in case of damage or important incidents.

Concise monthly report on property condition and visits.
Garden & outdoor areas
For houses, we also inspect garden furniture, terraces, driveways, and exterior areas. Pool areas can be included upon request.

A well-maintained pool is often the centerpiece of a holiday property – whether for personal use or for guests. That’s why we offer a reliable pool service as a flexible add-on.
Depending on your needs, we provide maintenance regularly – for example once a week, biweekly, or on demand, such as after winter or before the season starts. We adapt our service to the local conditions and your preferences.
For each property, we prepare an individual quote. Our clients especially appreciate our fair and moderate pricing, with an excellent price-performance ratio.
Additional service: Garden maintenance
A well-maintained garden significantly enhances the overall impression of your property – whether it’s for personal use, vacation rentals, or even potential sale. With our garden service, we provide customized care of your outdoor area – reliable, flexible, and seasonally adjusted.
Depending on your needs, we offer:
- Lawn mowing
- Hedge trimming
- Pruning of palms and shrubs
- Bed maintenance & weed removal
- Irrigation system checks
- Inspection of plants for pests or disease
We work on request or at regular intervals – for example monthly, before the season, or after long absences.
Each property receives an individual quote, based on local conditions. Our pricing is always fair, transparent, and moderate – just as you expect from us.
Additional service: Cleaning
A clean holiday property is essential for a pleasant stay – whether you’re using it yourself or renting it out to guests. With our flexible cleaning service, we ensure your property remains neat and tidy after every use – for both owners and renters.
We take care of thorough cleaning, including changing of bed linen and towels, as well as washing and storing used laundry. Even if you only stay occasionally and require cleaning from time to time, we’re here for you.
If there’s a longer break between stays, we can perform a quick check-up the day before arrival – ensuring your holiday property makes a great first impression.

For larger homes or special layouts, we provide an individual quote after an on-site visit.
